We NetFlicked this the other night, but it’s on Google (below). It details how GB stole his office in plain and simple detail. I was in Texas as this all went down, surrounded by ever-lovin’ Bush-supporters, wondering WHY the Supreme Court had any say at all about vote counting and who was president. - Complete bullshit. -

In essence, it recommends NEVER voting for incumbents. The corporate world has hijacked our government (via The 14th Ammendment and lobbyists) and the ONLY ‘voting-style’ solution is to replace the buggers. Read this PDF for more information, then check the website out.
Here’s a taste:
“PROJECT SUMMARY
I’m going to assume you’re reading this because the basic idea sounds pretty darn good to you. It just has a nice ring to it doesn’t it? Kick Them All Out! The fact of the matter is, our political system is supposed to be set up to allow us to do just that if the people we hire are not doing the job we hire them to do, which is to look out for OUR best interests. Since we see that virtually every politician is primarily engaged in doing the bidding of special interest groups and the expense of the rest of us, it’s only natural we would feel the best and only solution would be to fire every last one of them.
“So the first real question we should be asking is why don’t we do it? If we don’t do something to exert more power over our representatives than the special interest groups, then we will never have a truly representative government. So the first order of business is to identify why these groups are allowed to have so much influence and understand the legal mechanism they use to let them get away with it. Until we understand what these people are doing and how they are doing it, we can’t stop it.
So that’s what this project is all about. It’s really about standing up and telling these people “you don’t get to do this anymore.” And in order to do that, we need to know exactly what it is that we are not going to allow them to do.
“People inclined to abuse their power almost always do it with the same old technique of lies and deception. In this case, the dirty little secret about why corporations are allowed to directly interfere with our government is simply because they exploited a loophole they placed in the Constitution. Yes, the Constitution! Once that loophole was in place, they did what they always do. They used their wealth to hammer away in court with lies and deception aimed at getting the judicial system to award their corporations constitutional human rights protections, protections that were only intended for living, breathing human beings.
“Over 120 years ago the most powerful corporations (railroads) saw their big chance to eliminate undesirable constraints the government imposed on them by planting a loophole in the Fourteenth Amendment, which was written to give equal rights to former slaves. In legal descriptions, corporations are known as “artificial persons” and human beings are known as “natural persons.” When the 14th Amendment was written, it didn’t refer to the humans it was intended for by the proper terms “natural persons.” It was written using only the word “persons.”
“When you look more closely at what happened you discover that by some strange coincidence, two ex-railroad attorneys were appointed to the committee that wrote the Fourteenth Amendment. I don’t think it’s a big stretch to imagine that this term “persons” was intentionally chosen for exploitation down the road. If you know anything about the law, you know that language is everything. The precision of language is the whole point of legal documents. Therefore, we should not see it as mere coincidence that a legal document as important as an amendment to the Constitution uses language that leaves room for such specific ambiguity. Evidence of this consciously manipulative and subversive act lies in the fact that virtually all the litigation citing the Fourteenth Amendment as a defense was brought by corporations, not former slaves, after the Amendment was officially adopted.
“Fourteenth Amendment
Section. 1. ALL PERSONS born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
No honest person, attorney or judge would affirm that the Fourteenth Amendment was intended to protect “artificial corporate persons.” This specific wording was a deliberate act designed to allow the wealthiest people, through corporations, to manipulate our legal system into affirming the Fourteenth Amendment should apply to them, the argument being that they are a person, artificial or not, and as such should be awarded the same constitutional protections as any other person. Long-story-short, they literally stole human rights protections and conned us all into believing it’s just the way things should be.”
